Occo Coolers Telford achieves ISO quality standard

Occo Coolers Telford is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the ISO 9001:2008 quality standard.
The quality award is only given to companies that have been independently audited and certified to conform with ISO 9001:2008
Sales Director Allan Cunningham said the firm was delighted to have achieved the standard required to be given the award.
He said: "We already had procedures in place to ensure that our customers and suppliers could have confidence in their dealings with us but felt the rubberstamping of an external award like ISO 9001:2008 would help.
"We hope the official recognition of the ISO standard will give added confidence to our customers. It confirms that that when you are dealing with Occo Coolers Telford, you are dealing with a company that understands the need to fulfil each and every order to our customer's satisfaction, and in the unlikely event of a problem, that we will work to resolve any issues that may arise."
Allan added: "It was also important to us that our suppliers were aware of what we expected from them. The ISO standard enables us to set out our own requirements and expectations from our suppliers, following the principals of the ISO standard to monitor our suppliers and ensure we use only reliable sources."
