Offline Range

When a cooler can't go in the return line due to excessive pressure pulses, the solution is to take it 'offline' ie taking the oil directly from the tank and returning it back to the tank once it has been cooled.

To do this Occo Coolers Telford has an air blast cooler package for the job with a fully integrated motor pump unit to save space and installation time.

Our offline coolers come in three ranges. For cooling up to about 10KW we have the hugely successful Delta range - a compact and hard working unit, ideal for general hydraulic systems where space is at a premium.

NCPE & HNPE Range

For larger heat loads we have the NCPE (upto 48Kw) or HNPE(upto 120Kw) ranges again both of these coolers have fully integrated motor pump units.

If for any reason you cannot have the cooler close enough to the oil reservoir we also do offline coolers with separate motor pump units.
